RWW is a week of solidarity rooted in radical hope, resilience, and social justice.

From June 16–22, RWW invites communities across the Netherlands to come together through events, workshops, art, music, food, and storytelling, centering refugees and migrants as active contributors to society.

In this space, we embrace hope not as passive optimism but as an act of defiance against systems of oppression, challenging exclusionary policies and imagining a future where all belong.

This team worked tirelessly on media, partnerships, and most importantly curation to bring such a wonderful RWW program to life.

Core curation & execution team

Danna Eid

Curator & Marketer
Community organizer, marketer, critical foodie, and unprofessional cook. I care about the messy and beautiful work of lifting each other up. Through event curation, organizing, and honest conversations, I try to create spaces where people feel empowered and reminded of their own strength and roots.

Mohammed Badran

Social Designer & Policy Advisor
I’m an anthropologist, but more importantly, I’m someone shaped by the experiences of displacement, community, and the ongoing fight for justice. Since becoming directly involved in the 2016 UN Summit on Refugees and Migrants, I’ve been part of a growing global movement led by refugees—people like me, who are not just impacted by policies, but actively working to reshape them.

Nour Sadat

Digital Designer & Curator
I’m building a design and organising practice rooted in care, clarity, and collective work. I create tools and (visual) systems that support change, blending structure with expression. My work connects digital design with grounded, embodied aesthetics, often drawing from Arab and queer references. I work across disciplines—linking tech, research, and organizing to make processes more transparent and outcomes more impactful.

Stefanie Tan

Researcher & Curator
I am a researcher, connector, and maker from south east Asia. Through co-organising RWW I am learning new forms of resistance. Surrounded by systemic oppressions, as small as batteries and as heavy as bombs, radical hope begins with the courage to move beyond fear and steps away from convenient ignorance. It is the commitment to hold space for lived-experience, joy, and discomfort alike.

We are joined by a coalition consisting of dedicated organizations, each playing a vital role in ensuring RWW remains rooted in community leadership and inclusive principles to reflect the multiple voices and experiences of refugees and migrants.
