A series of cultural events and community actions, led by refugees, for everyone.

From June 8–21, 2026, Refugee Welcome Week invites communities across the Netherlands to come together through workshops, art, music, food, and storytelling, centring refugees as artists, speakers, organisers, and makers of the city.

We embrace radical hope and courage not as passive optimism but as acts of defiance against systems of oppression, challenging exclusionary policies and imagining a future where all belong.
