A high-energy sweat sesh where kicks fly, fists pump, and your whole body gets in on the fun. We mix punchy combos, strength moves, and cardio bursts that’ll leave you feeling powerful. Think fierce footwork, vibey playlists, and a space where queer, trans, and allied bodies move loud, proud, and together.

Kickboxing Strength & Conditioning
No experience needed, just bring your badass self. There are no specific clothing requirements; wear clothing in which you feel comfortable and can move easily.
Location: We Are Queer (location West): Doctor Jan van Breemenstraat 1, 1056 AB Amsterdam. The event is open to the public, and around 8 people can participate. The main language will be English.
Hola everyone! I’m Sandrino, and I teach kickboxing here at WERQ! If you’ve ever wanted to throw a punch or a kick, you’ve come to the right place. I started kickboxing when I was 16, and I haven’t shut up about it since. It’s my absolute passion it makes me feel strong, confident, and just a little bit of a badass. But more than that, it gives me peace of mind. And now, I get to share that with all of you ❤️ Kickboxing isn’t just about throwing kicks and punches. It’s about building confidence, feeling powerful in your own skin, and realizing that you’re capable of way more than you think, plus, it’s a killer workout! Don’t worry if you’ve never thrown a punch before. I promise, kickboxing is for everyone, no matter your experience, fitness level, or coordination. My job is to make sure you feel comfortable, supported, and most importantly, like an absolute champ. So, come kick it with me. Let’s punch, sweat, and have a good time doing it. See you in class!
